Refund Policy & Terms of Use

Refund Policy

At the National Medical Assistant Certification Association (NMACA®), we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive certification preparation materials. Due to the digital nature of our educational programs, our refund policy is strictly enforced.

No Refunds After Access

Once a student has accessed the course materials, logged into the learning portal, or begun any course modules, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By accessing the content, you have received the educational value of the program and the purchase becomes final.

Eligibility for a Refund

The only circumstance in which a refund may be granted is if the course was never accessed. If you have purchased a course but have not yet logged into the learning portal or accessed any materials, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at 1-888-841-1955 or emailing info@nmaca.org.
