At the National Medical Assistant Certification Association (NMACA), we stand behind the quality of our educational programs. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for purchases made at nmaca.org.


Digital Products and Online Courses

Because our products are digital educational materials delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once course access has been granted. This includes all CCMA and MBC exam prep programs, combo packages, HIPAA Certification, EMR Mastery Course, and Proctored Practice Exams.


7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have not accessed more than 10% of your course content and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for purchases where more than 10% of course content has been accessed, proctored exam purchases where the exam has been started or completed, or requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
