When you create an account, enroll in a course, or make a purchase, we collect:

  • Name and email address — used to create your student account and send enrollment confirmations
  • Billing address and payment information — processed securely through our payment processor; NMACA does not store your full credit card number
  • Phone number — if provided via our contact form or lead forms
  • Course progress and quiz results — stored in your student dashboard to track your learning progress

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL for security and site improvement purposes.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your enrollment and payment, send transactional emails, provide customer support, improve our courses, and send educational updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.


3. Proctored Exam Data

When you take a proctored practice exam through NMACA, our proctoring system may capture a photo of your face at the start of the exam and take periodic screenshots during the session (approximately every 2 minutes).

Important: This data is used solely to simulate a proctored exam environment for your benefit. NMACA does not watch you in real time, does not share this data with third parties, and does not retain exam session images after your session ends. This proctoring is for your learning and preparation purposes only.

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and analyze site traffic via Google Analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
